e-Cycle event collects tons of electronics

Don Hawkins of Total Reclaim gives directions to PCC Sylvania students about how to triage and sort donated computer items and television sets for the college’s e-Cycling drive as part of the annual spring cleanup recycling event. Nearly 80 volunteers of students, staff and faculty took part in the annual event. More than 1,198 items, tipping the scale at 26,842 pounds, or 13.42 tons, were collected.
