New Multicultural Coordinator named at Rock Creek

Lida Rafia has been selected as the Multicultural Coordinator at Portland Community College Rock Creek Campus. She had served as the interim coordinator for the past two years. Rafia, who was born in Iran, has more than five years of experience in higher education working with at-risk populations plus experience in program coordination, curriculum and instruction. She earned a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy from Portland State University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in community college leadership at Oregon State University.
