Perennial Favorite Brown Bag Series Reblooms

PORTLAND — Welcome the blossoming spring with the Brown Bag lecture series, returning to the Portland Art Museum on Tuesdays. The series is open to the public and is free of charge. The lectures will be held on the Tuesday noon hours throughout April in the North Wing of the Portland Art Museum, 1119 S.W. Park Avenue (at S.W. Jefferson Street) in downtown Portland.

Upcoming topics:

April 1 — Partnership and Respect — Lecturer Charles Moose discusses how partnership, respect and knowledge affect our daily communication with those in our work and at home.

April 8 — Trust in Transition — Find out with speaker Mary Harfield how to turn vulnerability from a weakness into a strength.

April 15 — Body Language in the Workplace — Your body language may have the single greatest impact on your success. Lecturer Richard Mohle shares tips on how to project confidence, professionalism, charisma and more!

April 22 — The Art of Conversation — Do you feel uncomfortable talking with people you don’t know? Speaker Jan Unruh shows how to start a conversation, keep it going and help put others at ease.

April 29 — More Bang for Your Buck! — Julie Tripp explores innovative ways to save money now and plan strategies to cut you taxes for next year.
