Winemaking Demystified

Photos and Story by

FOREST GROVE — Snobbery aside, there’s no magic to recognizing and enjoying a good bottle of wine. Novice wine drinkers can find out more about the growing Oregon export in Beyond Microbrewery – Demystifying the Wine Experience, a one-morning class on Saturday, May 17.

Join Bill Fuller at Tualatin Vineyards as he takes the mystery out of ordering, pronouncing, tasting and understanding wines from around the world. Fuller will also discuss popular wine information sites on the Internet.

Tuition is $17.50 including wine costs. Class meets from 10 a.m. to noon at the Tualatin Vineyards, located at 10850 N.W Seavey Road. Students must be 21 years of age or older.

Dial Portland Community College at 614-2708 for more information.
