TIGARD – Tips for livening up holiday newsletters will be offered this fall in a three-week, non-credit course by Portland Community College.Reinventing the Holiday Newsletter will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, Oct. 5-19, in room E72 at Tigard High School, 9000 S.W. Durham Road. Cost is $22. A $3 learning packet will be available for purchase at the first class session. Participants will learn how to transform that "tired" form letter into a unique, humorous work of art that will create the right impression for each family during the holidays.Class size is limited, and pre-registration is encouraged.
