PCC Computer Class in Spanish

BEAVERTON, Ore. – Spanish speakers who want to gain basic computer skills have a class tailored just for them. The non-credit series, La Computadora en Espanol, will give Spanish speakers an introduction to Windows (level two), Word and the Internet. This special course, taught by instructor Braulio Garcia, is broken up into four sections. The first, an introduction to Windows, will run from 9 a.m. to noon every Saturday from Jan. 12 to Feb. 16 and again from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays from Feb. 23 to March 23. The class on Windows Level 2 and Word will be held from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. each Saturday from Jan. 12 to Feb. 16. The introduction to the Internet will be offered from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays between Feb. 23 to March 16. Classes will be in Room 1532 of the Washington County Workforce Training Center, 18624 N.W. Walker Road. The cost for each class is $50.For more information, call 503-533-2707.
