PCC-Sylvania unveils Technology Classroom Building
SYLVANIA CAMPUS - Portland Community College will officially open a brilliantly designed "green" building, which includes an indoor garden courtyard that is passively cooled and heated by nature, in addition to many other sustainable design elements.
