PORTLAND, Ore. – Learn acting techniques to aid your professional life in a non-credit course at Portland Community College.

In the class, Acting for Professionals, students will learn from Micki Selvitella how to turn fear into positive energy, release tension, build confidence, communication skills, and use more powerful language. This class is ideal for anyone who deals with the public. Acting for Professionals will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesdays, Sept. 27 through Nov. 1 in Room 1562 of the Washington County Workforce Training Center, 18624 NW Walker Road. Cost is $59.
