PCC class shows how to manage non-profit biz

PORTLAND, Ore. – Managing a business is always challenging; managing a non-profit can be even more so. A non-credit Portland Community College online class will investigate all aspects of non-profit management.

Seasoned veteran Linda Kassam shows you how to transform your good intentions into a professional plan of action in Intro to Non-profit Management. Understand the unique non-profit business characteristics while mastering the core knowledge needed to become an effective leader.

Held entirely online via the Internet, the six-week class offers the flexibility to open lessons whenever your schedule allows and features discussion boards with the instructor and other students. The class will be offered from March 21 through April 27. Cost is $85. To register, email, or visit
