Portraits by June Weisman, exhibit and reception at RC

June Weisman has been an artist most of her life. Her lively portraits show her appreciation for art history as well as her skill in capturing the essence of her subjects through line and color, pose and telling gesture. Weisman, who has taken painting classes at PCC Rock Creek for the past three years, will be exhibiting some 15 new works from October 15 to November 17 in the Helzer Art Gallery (bldg 3).
An artist’s reception will be held Friday, October 19 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend.
