Vagina Monologues organizers to hold auditions for February event

To find out about how you can be a member of the Vagina Monologues cast and crew you will attend a meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 18 or Monday, Nov. 24, from 5-6 p.m. in ST 107 at the Sylvania Campus. The organizers need performers, publicity, production and fundraisers.

The play has frank and often graphic discussions of women’s sexuality. Character ages range from young adults to senior citizens and every age in between. There are numerous roles for women of color and are available only for female actors. Men are welcome to work in any capacity, but acting.

The Vagina Monologues will be performed in the Sylvania Performing Arts Center Feb. 13-15. This benefit production of the Vagina Monologues is being produced by the Sylvania Women’s Resource Center. To join, call (503) 977-8101.
