Free tickets to Pauling Science Lecture available

Nancy Cartwright of the London School of Economics is the next speaker in the Linus Pauling Science, Technology and Society Lecture Series. Her topic is “From Science to Policy: What’s so good about evidence?” This lecture is sponsored by Vice President Chris Chairsell’s Academic and Student Affairs division. Because of that, free tickets are available at all the PCC Libraries (at the circulation desks), the tutoring lab at the Southeast Center, and at the Hillsboro Center. One ticket per PCC student. The lecture is held at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall on Broadway, at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb 10.
