Be a Mentor and THRIVE toward success!

The Portland Community College Rock Creek campus THRIVE program, (To Help Retain, Instruct & Visualize Excellence), is now enrolling first and second-year students as mentees and 2nd and 3rd year students as mentors in one of the College’s most personalized success programs.  The enrollment is happening now and closes on July 31, so be sure to click on the link below.

Both mentors and mentees THRIVE from the experience of helping others

Mentees benefit from time with selected partners who help newer students connect with campus resources, get free academic advising and leadership skill development. Mentors benefit by sharing their experience with others, by being mentored by committed Rock Creek volunteer faculty and staff members and learning advanced leadership training.

THRIVE involves a one-year commitment and is open to all students. Mentees must have at least a 2.0 gpa and mentors must have at least a 3.0 gpa., For more information, visit  https://www.pcc.edu/resources/culture/rock-creek/thrive/  or call 971-722-7106. Enrollment ends July 31!
