Free Community Health Screening Fair at Willow Creek

The Portland Community College Medical Assisting Program and its students will be hosting a Community Health Screening Fair from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 24 at the Willow Creek Campus. This event is free and open to the public, PCC staff, students and faculty.

Screening services for adults and children include:

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Hearing tests
  • Near and distance vision tests
  • Color vision tests

The health fair provides second term Medical Assisting students with the opportunity to provide basic screening services to the community. In addition to the free screening services, there will be educational handouts created by the students on important healthcare topics, and each participant may be entered into a raffle to win a First Aid Kit.
