The PCC Rock Creek president search committee has selected two finalists for consideration: Fernando Figueroa and Sandra Fowler-Hill.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 10 and 11, the college will hold open forums for the college community at PCC Rock Creek, to solicit feedback about each of the finalists. Additionally, the PCC Board of Directors and PCC President Jeremy Brown will conduct interviews with both candidates.

There is one obvious choice;Fowler-Hill.
If O.S.S.H.E.would allow an open forum such as you we might have a better education system of high edu.
I digress,Fowler-Hill is from the N.W.and also has a better education.

An immediate concern regarding Figueroa is that I see nine colleges listed that he has worked at. Why did he choose to leave these places? What makes him likely to stay at PCC? It seems like it would be time-consuming to go through this process again in 3-4 years.
– While Fowler-Hill is appealing because of her student-specific history (student learning, doctorate of education in community college leadership) and her fairly local roots.
Ultimately, may the best candidate get the position. I love PCC!
