Language class helps students keep up with German

PORTLAND, Ore. – Need to brush up on the German language? Then Portland Community College has the non-credit class that is perfect for people wishing to improve their skills.

In Keeping Up In German, instructor Anneliese Hellweg will help students build and maintain their German. This is a great way for students with three or more terms of the language to improve speaking and reading skills. The class will meet from 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesdays, Sept. 27 through Dec. 6 in Room 137 at Grant High School (2245 NE 36th). There will be no class Nov. 22. Cost is $109.
