Oct. 13, The Oregonian endorsed the PCC bond with an editorial and photo, highlighting the problem of long waiting lists and the great value the college provides.

Oct. 15, the double-majority rule and it’s effect on PCC’s 2000 bond was in the spotlight in statewide stories appearing in the Daily Astoria, Associated Press, Eugene Register Guard, KGW-TV, OPB, The Oregonian.
